How To Open Nigeria Paypal Account Plus Assistance & Supports

Good evening fellow Nigerians and great nairalanders! It's great news that you can now open your own PayPal account with your Nigerian address and details without using any VPN right on your Nigeria IP be it on your computer or mobile phone but make sure you check your ip by typing ip2location.com into your browser to make sure your browser is showing Nigeria IP to avoid problem in future. My observation on the Nigeria version of PayPal is that it cannot receive payment but can only send payment. I also tried adding my GTBank mastercard and UBA Africard to my PayPal account to inititiate verification of my account but I keep on getting error that it cannot be done at this time.
