AUTOCAD : HOW TO CONVERT SURVEY PLAN TO AUTOCAD

    • In our last lesson we talked about setting up a perfect autocad workspace
    Now today am going to explain to you on how you can easily convert any given survey plan to autocad drawing
    Follow these simple steps
    Step 1
    As the side bar pick line or press L enter on your keyboard, click anywhere on your workspace and follow this
    Shift  @ - distance on the survey plan – shift < angle on the plan and press enter  then navigate to the point where the line reach.
    Follow the same procedures until the points directs to the first point   or when it remains the last line right click and press close (if you haven’t pick any line apart from the first line.) I mean
    Shift  @ - distance on the survey plan – shift < angle on the plan and press enter  then navigate to the point where the line reach.
    NOTES : the angle must be typed in this format  e.g 345d19’
    Distance must be converted to millimeters (MM) i.e multiply by 1000
