Kalu Pays Condolence Visit To T.B Joshua
Former Abia state governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu yesterday, September 13, paid a condolence visit to Prophet T.B Joshua, general overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations to commiserate with him over the collapse of a guest house in the church which claimed lives.
Kalu encouraged the prophet to take the calamity that befell his church in good faith, urging him to draw strength from the word of God and also face the situation with courage, Daily Sun reports.
Citing Job as an example, the former governor said calamities and bad incidents are all part of life and even men of God in the Bible were not spared.
He said: “You are a man of God that many run to in times of their distress, and God uses you to give them strength, and now it has happened to you, the meaning is that you are also human and live in the world full of troubles.
“I know in times like these, people would say so many things about you, but I would encourage you to be strong and apply all the faith you have lived with and preached to others, that actually liberated them from troubles to overcome.”
